If you’ve been waiting for Google+ app for your iPhone, be glad to know that your wait is now over; boy, that certainly did take a long time. Unfortunately though, it’s not a universal app so if you’re using an iPad, this isn’t much of a good news for you. The same applies for iPod Touch users too so I guess we’ll just to wait a little longer and see what Google has to say because for now, nobody knows why the company didn’t develop one that is compatible with those devices as well.
Check out the app on iTunes. While it’s still not available (yet?) for Malaysian users, a quick check using a U.S. account will bring you right to the application when you search for it. Do note that although the app has been posted not too long ago, it has already received 1005 ratings and believe me, the feedbacks haven’t been very good but mostly because of its incompatibility with the iPod Touch and iPad.
Additionally if you’ve downloaded it way earlier today (within the first hour and 40 minutes of the launch on the store to be precise), do take note that there was a small issue earlier that caused a test version of the app to be served on the App Store. Do re-download the app in order to get the real thing. Meanwhile, check it out on iTunes.
