Maxis Ultimate Internet Plan To Include Apple iPad 2 Next?

Yesterday, we talked a bit about the new Maxis Ultimate Internet Plans and at the end of the article we mentioned that the teclo might be offering Apple iPad 2 through the new plans soon. This was actually revealed by the original FAQ document for the plans:

Of course, Maxis has since removed the sentence from the document. According to the document, the iPad 2 will be made available under the Ultimate Solid plan as per HTC Flyer, although the rebates for iPad 2 will be slightly lower than the Flyer. The document also didn’t mention which iPad 2 model will be offered under the plan.
So, how much does an iPad 2 will “cost” through the plan? Let’s take the 16GB iPad 2 Wi-Fi + 3G as an example:
