iPhone apps are so passé according to Maybank who have just launched an upgraded version of the maybank2u application for the iPad called m2u HD.
Looking at the feature set on the official maybank2u website, it seems that most of the commonly used functions of the web portal have been implemented onto the iOS application. We're a little disappointed that no new features have made their way into the app - such as how Hong Leong Bank did with theirs - but I guess if a service isn't broken, what's the point of fixing it right?
The m2u HD app can be downloaded for free from the Apple App Store by searching for "maybank" or "m2u".
